It is a rev 2.0 board because it supports a FSB of 400mhz.

The board features the nForce 2 400 Ultra chipset, which officially adds the 400MHz FSB support and also overclocks a little better than the initial nForce 2.

It's also a good thing your not going cheap on RAM too, since the nForce 2/400 Ultra chipset seems to be pretty picky over the RAM you use. But the Corsair is pretty good stuff from what I keep reading, so you should be alright.
