Heres my situation: I have an 300GB Seagate SATA Drive with Windows Vista and is also my boot. Next, i have two 80GB Wester Digital IDE (PATA) that are both using THE SAME IDE CABLE... and the IDE cable is connected to the second IDE connection on my motherboard. VIEW PICTURE TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN Out of the two IDE Hard drives... one is MASTER, and the second is SLAVE. BIOS detects both of them and also detects my SATA drive. The problem lies here: When i boot up Windows, it only detects my SATA Drive (drive C, and my master IDE Drive (drive D Why isn't it detecting my 3rd Slave IDE drive (should be drive E: or F ? THANKS
nvm... all i had to do was to open Disk Managment and format the unallocated space... Why it was unallocated in the first place i dont know...
