seeking advice enermax noisetaker noise level

price is not an issue, but noise is a major issue. i want the quietest of the bunch. between the 370w, 420w, 450w. my specs are below and will likely not change for years to come. i only use the computer for internet and minor downloads. anyone know if they fluctuate in noise, even a bit?

the Tagan TG480-U01 that I have is amazingly quiet...look for anything in the SIlent Black range by Tagan, I think they're all at the same low noise level.
 
From what I've heard personally, the Enermax noisetakers are silent. You'll have the quiet CPU fan louder than the power supply. If you're really into silence, then you might check out Antec's Phantom line of power supplies, but due to their fanless design, they're not exactly cheap. ($100 for a 350W unit).
