    hi everyone,

I have a 830cn/830ch/830cf motherboard. I started to take out memory and cdrom ages ago and ended up leaving it as my boy couldn't be bothered with the pc, he now wants me to set it back up but I don't know were all the cables go, can anybody help me set up the pc. i.e. were the cpu cables go, were the comms cables go and there is a small black and red cable that has 2 prongs coming from the cpu were do they go? any help would be most appreciated as my son is doing my head in to try and get it set up again.

    cheers rabx

I'm currently on the smallest resolution known to man and am using a pc thats v.slow so here's my lazy answer:

    Read up on this:
    http://www.buildeasypc.com/

If you get me the Manufacturer/Model of the motherboard we can get you a link to a website with the official manual, which will further help with the cabling.

That sounds like a PCChips or Matsonic motherboard, but I could be mistaken.

Thats what i thought but in actual fact it's made by Jetway : \

Never heard of their boards or come across them before - sounds very generic, and i found their website: www.jetway.com.tw and it pretty much confirms my thoughts.
