Show difference in local time

Just a small thing, but I think it would be useful/interesting to show how many hours someone is behind or ahead of your local time... it could be displayed below the general information your given about a user in the threads (Join Date, Age, Posts, Times Helpful etc).

i just used googles Define: fetcher to find out what "Lanyards were[ot]google pointed me to Wiki[/ot]BTW: i now know what they are, thanks for posting it[ot]cos it inspired me to find out what the are[/ot]
