sm bus controller question

    hi i have a ? mark against my devices under sm bus controller question. do i need this and please can someone tell me what this is

    SMBus; typically, the drivers for the motherboard chipset seem to cover the SMBus, so installing/updating that should remove the "?" in device manager.
