What system are you running? (specs please)
Is the drive partitioned with more than 1 partition?
Are you using NTFS or FAT32?
Does your motherbaord have support for large drives?
Big B said:Okay, FAT16 is unable to support anything larger than 2GB. You'll have to format the remaining space as FAT32, or have 9 more 2GB partitions if you stick with FAT16. You'll need a 3rd party software to format the remaining space. Better yet, if you don't have that much on the partition, you could back up what you have, take it to a computer running Win2k or XP and format the drive as FAT32, pop it back in your computer and go from there. You may also be able to use the formatting tools (have a Win98 bootdisk handy) on the Data Lifeguard floppy.
