    You've got too much momey or too much time!

    I couldnt name all the motherboards because ive only built our last 4, but I know what cpus were in the older ones so...

    286 ?mhz
    Compaq 486DX 50mhz
    Pentium Pro ?mhz
    Dell Intel i810 (Celeron 450)
    Advent 3035 Intel i810(PIII 600eb)
    Emachine Cognac M/B Intel i810(for PIII Celeron 633)
    ECS K7S5A SiS 735(Athlon XP200)
    Asus P4B Intel 845(P4a 2ghz)
    Asus P4S800 SiS648FX (P4a 2ghz)
    Abit KV-85 VIA K8M800 (Sempron 3000+)

    I dont use the Abit m/b ever so I dont know how well that runs but the most stable is a toss between the P4S800 and the Emachines. The ECS has been really bad, its far slower than both Asus boards and my first Asus had pc100!

    Oh, I don't own these all now, I only have the DFI NF4 Ultra-D and the Chaintech VNF3-250. Typically, tax return time=computer upgrade time.

    I got rid of a few myself. Ive still got the P4S800, ECS, Abit and the Dell. The eMachine and Advent are ready to be put on ebay. The old generation PCs got binned (literally) and the P4b I sold to mate for £10! I paid £160 for that too.

    I had 3 Toshiba laptops too but a mate with sticky fingers gave me them and they were locked, so I opened them with an air rifle :) There a few Dell Optiplexes going around too, I think mines the only one left. Never trust the Pest Control man with warehouse pass even if there are rats!
    Ive still got a Thinkpad but that is looking like its gonna be shot too, it wont accept a new harddrive. We have another laptop too but I cant remember the name. Its old and crap. Slower than the Pentium 120mhz thinkpad.
