I made the rather hard decision of selling my AMD64 rig After alot of thought i figured that as i'm going away for 7-8 months maybe longer as of March 25th, my PC isn't going to be doing much except firewall/router/F@H for my home network - abit of a waist really. Anyhow so i've decided to sell my pc to a friend who's looking for a computer to last him awhile as a standard surfing/applications pc with the occasional childrens game.. Figured i'd save the money in my savings account and buy a new pc when i get back, but most likely i'm just going to spend it on booze whilst i'm abroad. *cries* Even if i don't have my uber pc when i get back - and don't have the cash i'm sure i can build my self something cheap to get me going again Oh.. and i got £680 for it (about what it would cost me to build an exact replacement of it now) (it didn't cost me this, cost me about £450).. And if anyone is interested i'm thinking of selling my Sony Cybershot T-33 digital camera, as i've decided i don't want to take it abroad due to the fact that it'll get nicked. It cost me £350 for delivery/vat and a 256MB Sony Memory Duo Pro Stick *thinking about it now, when i get back i'm going to need to renew my insurance on my Triumph Spitfire :/ and it needs work to it, it's still abit knackered, needs some TLC when i get back - and it needs a new paint job.
