I think he wants something more hardcore & thorough than the free antispyware options out there.
I have some limited experience with Xoftspy. I never bought it but it does a scan for you but then forces you to buy it if you want it to delete whatever it finds. So I've tried it out in the past by doing the scan and then just manually deleted the stuff it found. It did come up with things that neither Spybot nor my free version of Ad-aware found. It updates automatically and very smoothly and quickly. So overall it seems pretty nice and satisfactory, so u may want to check it out, efx2003. But then again I don't have any other non-free antispyware software to compare it to *shrug.
