stack pages

A message appeared on my computer which said, "There are no spare stack pages. It maybe necassary to increase the settings of MinSpecs
in SYSTEM.INI to prevent possible stack faults. There are currently 4 Sps allocated."
What can I do about this? My computer occassionaly freezes when using the internet.
