What do you mean with "sometime"?...Does it has video signal sometimes and sometimes doesn't??

I'm suspecting the CPU may be overheating, which is typically caused by an improperly mounted heatsink, poor airflow, or too much thermal paste (this causes the paste to act as an insulator).

The quickest way to address this issue is to remove the heatsink (with the system off), clean it and the CPU off with isopropyl alcohol, reapply a paper-thin layer of thermal paste to the CPU core or heatspreader (the heatspreader covers the entire processor package, the core is just in the center, anything recent uses a heatspreader) and reinstall the heatsink.

Also, check to see if the wires are tied out of the way. Cabling can interfere with the airflow through a case and may cause overheating.

So that can't be a display issue. As BigB says, most probably it can be overheating issue. Do it as BibG says.
