Text Issue when scrolling

Hi,

I'm having trouble with a Video Card. My computer is a Dell Dimension XPS 3. When I am scrolling down a pagee, the text is "jumpy". (if that makes sense!). I believe the issue is my Video Card. When I go into Device Manager, there is a yellow question mark beside Video Controller (VGA Compatible). Does anyone have a solution? I cant seem to find the correct driver to download.

Hope someone can help!
 
This happened to me when I didn't install the drivers for my video cards. Do you have any information about your pc which could point to what graphics card you are using?
