    I'd go for the first one. Its retail so you'll get a warranty and a lower core voltage will probably mean when you oc, you'll be able to put the voltage up ok without killing your CPU.

    Well I notcied that the first says 1 GHz FSB and the second says integrated into chip. I didn't look past that.
