I don''t even have my case yet but I wan't to plan ahead. The top of my case is flat, is there a way i can drill a hole and put a fan there? And what would be a good heatsink with a AM2 processor.

yeah, no problem putting a hole in top of case,just make sure you don't block airflow from it, by placing something on top of your case
BTW: finish installing fan on top of case and clean well with a vacuum before putting any components in it,
as for the AM2 HS, i don't know, cos i'm out of date with new hardware

Well my case is 21.5 in tall, with 2 120 mm fans allready in the front an back, so i was gona put 2 more in if i could, mobowise, and have 1 on top and one blowing at the heatsinc, for better circulation.... Bad plan?
