tracking cookies

    hi there new to this pc thing.avg free running but still get cookie warnings on botton right of screen. how do i get shot of cookies.done scans and the thing in your tools(clear cookies) but they still come up please help cheers:confused:

    You will always get cookies no matter where you go,Now tracking cookies are the worst..
    you could try a program called Cookie monster.. That will help you to get rid of them..
    just do a Google search for it..

    If you use Firefox, there is an option to clear cookies when the browser closes. Additionally, you can make exceptions for cookies for certain sites that you want to remain logged into (e.g. hardwareforums.com :)).
