troubleshoot

hi this is the first time i have ever build a computer......i have i nstalled all the components but when i start the pc the screen on the moniter stays black...... plzzz advise

Possibly the graphics card. If you have another lying around try it out. Also check all of your connections, inside and out. Elaboration would also be greatly helpful.

 

thanks man.....checked alll my connections again.......every thing is working but nothing on the moniter

 

tried every thing again and it worked thanks a ton man!!!!!
