unpartition hard drive question

I have one hard drive that I have partioned into C: and D: drive. How do I unpartition the hard drive so there is only C:. But I do not want to erase anything on drive c:. Windows ME is running on drive C:. Is there some type of program that will do this. Please help if you can.

I've used Partition Magic in the past, but some members may not like it for some reasons.
You need to Merge your partitions in Partition Magic if you use that.
