Just wants to know which Video card, processor will be good for me. Please remember that I cant go for power supplies as dell makes their Power supplies differently and other wont fit in it.

Also what's your budget? What will you be using the PC for? A new PSU will be needed, and being a Dell you may run into problems with parts not fitting into cases.

As I dont have to buy so many things so my budget is around 200-250 NZD.

Exactly! currently all my PCI slots are full....1 NIC, 1 Modem, 1 TV Tuner, 1 Sound Card and in my VGA I have 16Bit ATI graphics card. My Processor is 1.8GHZ. I know I will never go for the new Dell PSU coz it starts from 200NZD (250W) but on the other side I am not a overclocker, so I dont think that I need to worry a lot.
