Hi, I'm upgrading to PCI-Express 2.0 x 16 after my gfx card died a week ago. I have a $300 budget for the moment, and am trying to get the best bang for my buck.

    Here's what I have:
    --PROCESSOR
    ----AMD Phenom 8450 Toliman 2.1GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Triple-Core Processor

    --MEMORY
    ----Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR1066D2N7K2/2G

    --POWER SUPPLY
----RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-630SS 630W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Modular LED Power Supply

    Here's what I'm upgrading TO:
    --GFX CARD
    ----EVGA 01G-P3-1373-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked EE 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
    ----$210

    --MOTHERBOARD
----MSI 790XT-G45 AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard
    ----$70

    Here's what I'm upgrading FROM:
    --GFX CARD
    ----EVGA 640-P2-N829-AR GeForce 8800GTS SSC 640MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16

    --MOTHERBOARD
----ASUS M3A-H/HDMI AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

So, with all that, will there be any incompatibilities that I should be aware of?

Well, how about, will that power supply be able to run that GTX 460, 6 hard drives all under 250 gigs, and everything else?
