I'm upgrading my video card to a Radeon 9200se Gold Edition. My actual video card has a connection for the DVD Decoder card but this 9200se doesn't so I assume I will have to use DVD decoder software. My question, is this software included with the video card driver or it is something I have to buy separately?

    Thanks

Actually if you buy it as a retail package, not OEM then as well as some games and cables you'll probably receive DVD decoding software with it. However if you don't, you can always download a codec to play DVDs. Get the K-Lite Codec pack Standard and you should be fine.
