USB crupted my files

    Hello dear i have 128GB USB 10 peces but are all doing same prob
    its supports exfat formate which is not come with xp
    now when i transfer my files in too USB then its corrupted my many files
    many are saying seller used software for increse its size but when i formate it with xp cd then its shows also 128 gb now here is 2 prob
    1st how i can test is this 128 GB
    2nd y its craput my files when i transfer it in my usb thanks

    Check out this info about exFAT. It says that on XP, you can get and update from MS, but I'd not count on it too much - I'd use NTFS, but it's prob worth a try, I guess.

    thanks for ur reply dear main prob is this now
    i have installed exfat from MS site and now its working very well now 1 thing is back y its cruppet my files when i data store in UsB during storage time its doing like this and 2nd how i can view it original space again thanks

    the original size of the usb drive is 128, but, depending on the file system, it'll take some space away to keep the file table, if that's your question. As to file corruption, I still think you should use NTFS for XP, rather than exfat

    but dear usb not supported NTFS fornate its just support exfat
