Uhm, I wasn't really sure where this should go but I figured here would be best.

I'm having trouble with my USB ports. They've been acting up for a little while, but now they've stopped working completely. First, it started as I'd have to plug and unplug a device a few times for it to work. Then, they'd stop working for a while all together, then work for a few days a couple months later. Now, I don't think it's the motherboard or whatever because if I plug in the device I'm trying to use- usually my webcam, which does work because I've used it on other computer- then kinda wiggle it around somewhat violently it'll work for a second then stop.
I've tried disabling then re-enabling the ports, drivers are updated, drivers for my webcam are installed and updated. I'm running Vista home premium, my laptop is a compaq presario F700.
