Vista/XP multiboot?

    hi, i have windows xp beta version and i am currently running XP. before i install vista i wanted to know if it is possbile to mulitboot because i paly alot of games and have a bunch of important stuff in my XP. i have 2 HDD and i like nvr use my other 1 so i was wondering if i can install vista on that hdd i nvr use. like i want it so when i boot up my computer it will give me an option to choose Windows Xp or Windows Vista when it is booting up and default is XP and it like waits 30 secs or so. i want it like that. any advice guys? also what about my video card drivers and all, shuld i be able to find drivers for my 6800GT nvidia?

    I've not used Vista, but given that it's using the NT5.x code, I'd imagine, if you did install it on a separate hard drive/partition, you'd have that option.

    If not, you should be able to change it in Vista to allow for multibooting. However, if things hold true, it should do this automatically.

    I have no experience with Win VISTA but what comes in my mind for your case is that you just pull out 1st HDD from your computer and leave the second one on it. Partition it, Install WinXP on one partition and VISTA on the second. Like this, without even touching your data, you can check them. After that just format that drive. Insert the old one and start installing VIsta on the second drive.
