I decided to buy myself a new(cheap) video card.but I dont know what the slots are exactly called ...Maybe theres some software to check this,or something.Anyways exact computer model is "dell optiplex gx270" and heres the screen of how the slots look: thanks in advance.
Actually, those are PCI slots. Anything that comes out these days is not going to see the PCI format. Rarely, you'll find an AGP, but generally it's PCI Express (PCIe) which is entirely incompatible with AGP or PCI. About the fastest thing you'll find for PCI is a Radeon X1350, and I think it was by Visiontek.
Well,it's not very surprising(becouse they sell things like this like bananas here,2.7 procesor 512 ram) but sad...I just wanted to buy something cheap,so it at least wouldn't be integrated. So theres no luck if I want to buy something from shop, not online?(I live in london,UK)
Well, not necessarily no chance, but I wouldn't expect a lot of options at a shop. Online, at least for a new card, won't have you fair much better.
