Im on the market for a DVD writer. Currently my supplier has these in stock ?

    NEC ND3520A 16x

    Pioneer DVR109 16x

    Samsungs TS-H552 16x

    All drives are dual layer.

The Pioneer drive is slightly expensive than the others.

    Which do you recommend ?

I would go for either NEC or Samsung... both make excellent drives. Where-as i've never used pioneer so i dont know anything about it. I am positive that either one of the drives i mentioned will make you very happy. Plus, they cost less! Hope that helps even though its only narrowed down to 2. Good luck! :D

Pioneer makes excellent drives, haven't had any experience with the NEC's or Samsung's but I have an A03 and an A04 and both have served me well.

Nero Burning ROM 6 to burn new ones, and CloneDVD to copy them.
