What file contains the information of software registration?

    Dear Friends,

    Could anyone help me out to know what files (.exe file or .dll files) contains the detailed information of software registration (such as user name & code etc.,)

    In most cases they are located in the system registry. But they could also be located in .INI files in the folder of the program.

    While not directly addressed, these types of questions go along with illegal software and how to obtain them. Any future threads will be deleted. As it is, this thread is being closed.
