Which cooler?

I want a really nice cooler suitable for overclocking but I don't want to spent a ton of money. I've pretty much narrowed it down to the following two:

Thermalright XP-90

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 CPU Heatsink
Both are supposed to be really good and I'm leaning toward the Freezer 64 because I like Arctic cooling;), and it's an all in one unit for less. What do you guys think?
 
No, definately the Thermalright. The Thermalright is made for a tower case. Notice the configuratiuon of the heatpipes. When mounted the heatpipes will lay horizontally and then bend up vertical when they go into the heatsink. Heatipes perform best like that. When the Artic Cooling HSF is in a tower config the heatpipes will go through the heatsink horizontally which considerably decreases performance.
 
I think performance is pretty close but thanks for the input. I would imagine that paired with the right fan the XP-90 would be better for ocing but I can't say for sure.
 
the heatpipes aren't long enough to make a difference, heat doesn't travel that fast. I say go for arctic cooling. If you have it blowing towards your ram you'll be blowing warm air on it, and it would disrupt airflow of the case from front to back
 
Wow you guys keep making me change my mind:), I dunno, if the difference isn't much different then what the heck I could be fine with either.
