 Hi, I need help on this errorr message. When I try to remove this two program; mircosoft office xp and money 2002 delexus. "Windows Installer" pop up and ask me for the program disk, then I put the disk in and click OK. Another message said "The path "Please insert the program disc" cannot be found....I even browse to that folder containing the installation package "Money.msi" for money and "PROPLUS.MSI" for office xp. It still give me the same message the file could not be found. I really want to remove these two program, so I can install the new version. Any help would be appreciate. and thank you.

    Sou.

have you tried installing the updated versions as it should have the option to upgrade?!

also have you tried just typing in "d:" and let it search for the files its self.

May sound simple and silly, but have you kept your MS Office up to date? patch wise?

If not put your old MS CD in here (or your new one) and go here:
    Microsoft Office Update Site

Download and install all the updates, it may fix your problem :good:
