Have you been into the CMOS setup program recently? If you have made any changes in there, you may have accidently set it up wrong. In which case you should reset the CMOS by clearing the battery. If you don't know how to do this then just post.

I know that Compaq have their own unique beep codes, so you should check your computer manual or visit their website. That combination of beeps is not one I am familiar with, however it sounds similar to the beep code that represents bad memory - contineous long beeps

    1. Remove the CMOS battery, length doesn't matter, once its out its reset. People say 10 seconds just to be safe I guess.
    2. Check to see if your RAM modules are properly seated in their respective slots

    Hope this helps~

Did you check the memory sticks? I suggest you take them out, and put them back in again
