Fun time getting christmas decorations from the loft. NOT

Well, i went up into the loft to get the christmas decorations down, all was going well, untill the last minute, i was getting the last box, bit heavy, made me unbalance, my leg slipped off of the beam, i was like oh $hi7, i thought i was going to go through, lukily only my left leg did, and i made a nice hole into my room, and killed the floor and made it dirty, i thought my parents were going to go barmy and kill me or something, wierdly enough they dint :)

:) Unlucky. And its you who has to sleep in the room with a hole in the ceiling!
Its wierd how you expect your parents to throw a wobbler over things but sometimes they dont.
I used to play golf in the garden, only a 40 yard par two but I put a ball through the kitchen window with the 9 iron. I expected to get the ball rammed down my throat but it didnt happen.

I bet its cooled your room down a bit :)
 
that's the sort of thing that would normally happen to me[ot]LOL[/ot]BTW: i bet you feel like a plank now, i know i would, if it happened to me

Hell yea i feel like a plank, was well embarasing, when i pulled myself back up i was like, omg, i can see my room!.

@Big B, christmas vacation, national lampoons christmas vacation? lol that was a funny film :P

@Zeus, nah unfortunatly it dident cooll my room down, speakers, 3 computers and hater made it hot again, my room probs would of been cooler if the heater was not on and the hole would of made it feel cooler, but for once in a lifetime, the heater was not on!, when i want the heaters on, there never on lol :p


Its the worst thing i have ever done, i got 0wn3d & pwn3d lol

The wierd and scary thing is, my mum started laughing!, which was freeeekkky, i mean, she starts shouting at top of her voice for a little crumb on the floor, but when my leg puts a hole i the ceiling and totally covers the floor in sut and plaster, and then i walk into my room and then walk all over the landing and cover that in sut, she is like, oh did you have to walk into there and then put sut on the landing, i was like, ummm no, but i wanted to see what i had done, and she was like, oh :s, usually she would be in my bedroom cutting plugs off and shouting at me lol.

Now my mum is deciding to re-plaster the whole of my ceiling, and near the hole, a big section is getting cut out, means i gotta move everything out of my room into a bedroom about 4 times smaller :(
 
lol. I gotta say it would have been unfair for your parents to get mad at you. Weren't u up there getting down your family's christmas decorations? So u were just doing a job or a favor and had an unfortunate accident. Something like what Zeus was doing in the backyard was just asking for trouble lol, and it would only be sooner or later till a window broke. So for that kind of thing his parents had every reason to ram the golf ball down his throat or whatever :D. But your situation was totally different. It's not like u were being a misbehaving rascal.

Anyway, that's some interesting stuff that the ceiling is made of... looks like cotton lol

Its because the builder came around, suggested were the hole is we cut like a big square out as the whole ceiling was messed ffrom old age, its like 50 yr old lol, then the whole ceiling re plasters, now my parents are swapping bedroom, but i gotta be in this small room for 2 weeks :'( the position for the computer is hardly good for my back!

The hole in the ceiling reminds me of an episode of 'some mothers do ave em' when frank spencer and his missus stay in a hotel.

On the uncomfortable position front, my position is the worst ever. im half laid doen across my bed with my back being supported by my duvet and pillows against the radiator.

An awesome position for gaming but not so good for typing.
 
My Bedrooms to big :(

I want to steal a smaller room in the house as an excuse to get rid of al the junk i dont want, but im not allowed to throw away for the sake of it (or at least get it out of my room).

For an idea of the size of my room, im 5ft 10 and the windowsills are waist hight... and i can stand near upright on them... i would say the walls are 3-4m wide.

older houses are great for big rooms, if u want them....
 
I would like a big room. Mine isn't small either at my house or at my apartment, but "not small" is still smaller than I wish, I want it big :)
 
Lol, i wanted to move out of the room mostly because there was so much room boom, the boom from the port on the subwoofer went though the corners and into next door and pisses them off big time, so i gotta move furtheraway lol.
 
Loft rules are opposite to pavement rules!
Pavement ===> Do not step on the lines. :cool: Makes you live longer
Loft =====> I am sure you can see where I am going with this...

LOL, my father-in-law went up to the loft wearing his slippers.
He slipped (get it? I know... it is coming up to crackers joke season) off the beam an sunk his leg into the bathroom (underneath) down to his arse..... my fater in law is a very proud man. His leg was black and blue for quite a while but his pride was.... oh well.... I am sure you can picture it.

The worst thing was that the bathroom ceiling was only a few days old..... :chk:

Hope you are back in your spacious bedroom ASAP...
