hello just a quickie, whats the fastest PCI gpu, yeh pci! its an old pc, celeron 2.4 256mb pc (oh dear)

Visiontek has a Radeon X1300 in PCI format, but that's about the fastest you're going to get. It runs over $100 in the states, so it's kinda pricey. Still, it's the fastest solution I know of.
