Shalom Khanokh (Israeli) - triple CD best of. The best Israeli sing-a-song writer bar none, with a career spanning over 40 years now. Does acoustic and rocky stuff. Very Israeli but can easily hold water in the international arena, in my opinion.
I was on The Charlatans for a bit over the last couple of days but have gone all ott with the pixies today. Death to the Pixies and Surfer Rosa are deadly! Also Ocean Rain by Echo and the Bunneymen, Killing Moon dons that album. They did a good cover of People are Strange by the Doors too.... almost as good as The Doors themselves. Though the vocals are too similar to Jim Morrisson's for my liking. In fact I think I might getThe Lost Boys soundtrack out in a minute cos thats another great album. It brings back memories of a right good fight I had as a kid

Thats a class tune, it brings back some memories. I remember a favourite of mine at that time was BT Flaming June. I had loads of good tunes on vinyl then but have since lost all my vinyl dance tracks. I need to start asking for those records back!
I'm into metal mainly, at the min it's The Day The Dead Walked by Six Feet Under from the True Carnage album.
Mainly anything from Fort Minor or Linkin Park. As I type I am listening to "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor.
Ive been listening to the smiths over the last few days. I didnt realise in the past how good they were! Morriseys voice is a bit too distinctive though.
S.O.A.D, LP, Gorrilaz, Nelly Furtado, Greenday, U2,Placebo, Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake etc... I also happen to like old stuff like Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Alan Parsons, AC/DC, Santana, Manfred Mann (basically what my parents listened to when I was a kid...).
