what details? if you have the rma number and the address then thats pretty much all you'll need. its usually better to return the item to the place where you bought them from if they still offer warranty.

dual rail is basically 2 12v rails so one rail gives power to the mobo and one to the components atx is the manufacturing standard i think. the older atx standard had more amps for the 5v rails whilst the newer ones have more amps for the 12v rail/s

keep in mind that the athlon x's dont have a built in temp sensor so if it gets too hot, then it will just burn out rather than switching off. you should be able to get a few hundred mhz out of it if your board can take it and if you get better cooling

you should be able to download the bootable floppy or cd discs from microsoft's site. need around 6 floppy disks i think and it takes about 7-10mins loading:dry:
