i recommend ati tool worked well for me with quite a few diff cards ive used. ATI Tool went from 378core 338 mem to 425.25core 366.25mem wit ati tool. runs good.

refresh rates on LCD's are usually from 16 and higher.. with an occasional 8. even the most crap crt is usuallys sub 8.

ati catalyst 5.4 drivers for windows i have 5.4 on my comp right now and they work fine.
