I had the same problem too a few months ago, the usb port on the front of the cpu does not work for my hard drive. I connected it on the back of the cpu and it worked fine.

I meant the USB ports on the back of the cpu. It is directly connected to the motherboard.

Try using a different USB cable. Also connect the Hard drive from the back of the cpu.

I agree. Whatever amount that Aurora is selling for, you can build a much better and faster machine. Get a good monitor too.
