definitely get case fans. my CPU runs up to 40 degrees load and 20 idle and ive got 5 case fans installed. downside is, all the hot air stays in my room, so my room is like a sauna!

looking at your parts, i would think you have no budget! for the mobo, i woud get the crosshair, although its not any better than the m2n 32 SLI, and for teh graphics, go for an 8800GTX if you can, and if you cant, jst get a 8800GTS

i wouldnt go for teh 7600 series if i can get a 7900 series card, coz the performance gap is considerably large.

yeah for sure. around 400-450 should be enough for your card and if the psu doesnt include a new molex connector for the graphics card, the card should come with one.

if your current PSU fits just right in your case, then i doubt the hiper will fit. you will be better off buying a 30 dollar or 10 pound case and putting the PSU there.

have you checked the dimensions of the PSU itself?

you hav already got 2 gig of ram, which is more than sufficient for vista, (and you can only get the RAM in the list in a 2gig pack so if you buy another set, u get 4!)

yes, it's a different controller. i've got 4 sata sockets, and 4 sataIIs and none of the sata work, and wen i placed it in a sataII one everything was fine. its definitely not your hard drive

same problem here! but i seem to have fixed it by using teh RAIDII controller, (it's backward compatible with SATA) and its gone now. lol, i used to reinstall windows at least 5 times a day!

the prices wer in pounds. around 1900 pounds excluding vat. also, the processor is an intel core 2 duo 6700 not 6400 unless you want that instead.
