it doesnt really matter that much it matters on how much u use it. id say no to hibernate, but if you cant keep yourself away from the computer every 10 minutes then standby if you use it occasionally just shut it down

the integrated graphics may only provide one certain setting, or u may somehow change it through bios, ive heard of computers like that, that the integrated gpu is only functional through bios but thats rare
