Moniter/Freeze up Problems

Hey, this is zrocks friend logging in under his account to ask a question.

Well, i just got a new computer and it was running fine for a week or so.

evga7800GT Athlon64 3800+ 2 GB of ram 80 GB hard drive

When i log into windows, my computer freezes after about 20-30 seconds. Everything was working fine until i installed my moniter's (Hyundai imagequest 19 inch) software. I think it might have to do with my moniter calibration. I tried to use the computer with another moniter as well, but i had the same problem. Anyone know what to do? Its quite the emergency. :(

Boot into safe mode and un-install the Imagequest software.

Thank you very much pevlis. It worked. I had to uninstall imagetune, as well as some corrupt java updates. Thank you very much! :jump: ::jumps for joy::
