Pull the bios battery out for 10 minutes, then replace it...sounds like you installed the wrong drivers for keyboard and mouse...
Well with all those in yellow is not a good sign, I would try to reinstall your sound drivers..
This can be a number of things, Hard drive going bad to video card going out...Check all your plugins.. Are there any errors?
