Do you have ANY AntiVirus ??? I would scan for a Virus first, Then run some cleaners..
I usually use a 500 to 600 watt on all my builds , Just by a brand name PSU, Like Antec/OCZ/Corsair and so on.. Make sure it has an 80% rating..
Have you gone into your Bio's and check the settings there ? I would Turn OFF Standby ..
It did not pass the requirements because of the Onboard Video, It seems that the Video is to low and says it cannot be install on this computer....

When was the last time you updated your video driver ? Does your NVIDIA GeForce card have a fan on it ? Check the fan to see if it is spinning...
