    If that port got damage some how, then yes... they do burn out though, I have two Motherboards here with burned out video..

    BSOD usually means a hardware problem,So did you replace the video card, if so is it still doing this ? Drivers can also cause this..

    It doesn't look that bad, except I would not use a Asrock Motherboard, Go with a Gigabyte or Asus or MSI.... Asrock motherboards are made cheap...
