thats a bit too high lol. did you apply thermal paste? you might not of put the heatsink on properly, or maybe its just a faulty sensor.

heh, seems like 2.8ghz is the max stable overclock, some reviews say that, and people say that, no matter how hard i try, i cant get 3.0ghz stable...
