Thanks! That's what I was going for. A couple of the links that I had in there were outdated so I updated them a few minutes ago.

Made an overview of my build in progress

Status update! I now only need 2 more major computer parts for my new build to boot: The cpu and the ram! I'm going with the Intel Quad-Core i5 and 2x4GB 1600 mHz PC3 RAM(the Kingston ram just keeps getting more and more expensive, and 8 gigs is plenty for now for what I need)! I'm so excited, I...

My old Dell Dimension B110 is better than my school's computers!

Yeah, I see your point and support it, I just thought that it was funny that my older pc was faster than my schools' PCs. Speaking of, they are starting to buy some Dell "All-in-ones", which are 64 bit Windows 7, and they run pretty great, so I guess they are just slowly scrapping their older...

I need some way to convert coaxial to av or vga.

I have an old Nintendo Entertainment System, and the poor things' av connectors no longer work... The RF to coaxial converter that came with it still works, however, but I am only able to use it with a tv or monitor that has coaxial input... Since buying another monitor is not an option for me...

My old Dell Dimension B110 is better than my school's computers!

Have a (preferably wired) internet connection? Make a website! FREE.

Cool, I figured that there might be more than one free hosting site, but I could never find one that wasn't "badware-ridden". I'll have to try that one out as well :D P.S. I forgot to mention that no-ip.org will send you a notification of expiry every 30 days unless you re-activate your host by...

Made an overview of my build in progress

Thanks, Sniper! I found a similar converter to the one you listed for only $3.50, think I should go with that? I'm running pretty low on "money reserves", lol.

Made an overview of my build in progress

I made a video with me talking in it(you'll find that a video with me talking in it is RARE, so enjoy lol) about my new computer build. I may not sound like it in the video, but I am super excited about this! Here's the link to the video: I have already bought the motherboard, case, and...

How do I buy windows 7 ultimate product key 64 bit?

I've looked ALL over the Microsoft site, and have actually found a different website for downloading the software itself, but I haven't found a single "legitimate" source for purchasing the Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Product key... Any ideas?(Sorry if this is not the right forum for this)...

    Windows 7 on a Dell Deminsions 2400

I have installed windows 7 directly to Dimension 2400s before, in fact I am running Windows 7 Pro on an older Dimension B110. All you had to do was go into the BIOS and make the video buffer option set to 8MB instead of 1MB.

"The aliens won't invade because they are listening to our music?"

I overheard someone talking about this, and I don't really think that has anything to do with it, but I think it raises a good question: Would aliens be able to pick up our carelessly broadcasted content and media? If so, what do you think that they would think of it? -Brian Entei

    Advice for current low-budget build($200 - $400)

Great, thanks! In the far future, when computers have gotten a step or two better, I may go all out and ask what the best parts to buy are here, so maybe we can try this again then... Thanks for your opinions and help! -Brian Entei

    Advice for current low-budget build($200 - $400)

Well, that's fine, I just found out that the second card I have is only an 8-lane PCI-Express. Thanks though! Is there anything else you see that you think I could do better with? -Brian Entei

    Advice for current low-budget build($200 - $400)

Well, I'd need both of the PCI-e to both be full x16 slots... How's this motherboard look? This one is a bit pricey for my taste, but looks good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131991 However, I noticed that the black PCI-e slot doesn't have as many pins, despite...
