Open up Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete or right-click on any open area of the task bar and hit Task Manager) and go to the Performance Tab. If you see two graphs under CPU Usage History, then you do have HT. If you see one, you don't.

Also, if it's an option, your BIOS will allow you to toggle it on or off.

You may have a different core then...what software are you using to check this? Try [google]CPU-Z[/google].

Nevermind the above. Okay, I went back and checked up on some stuff.
You've got a late 2.4C chip as denoted by the D1 revision. From what I've been reading and refreshing my memory is that after the 3.06GHz P4, Intel went back and started enabling HT on the CPU's all the way back to 2.4GHz. The 2.4C doesn't mean HT is automatically enabled from what I can tell. The 800MHz FSB parts came out first and later on Intel went back and started the HT addition

You won't find this number with any software as it's engraved in your P4's heatspreader, but that's the part number (S-Spec) of the P4 2.4C that has HT.
