AC Freezer 7 Pro ST 775 Problem?

Basically i've got this shite HP MOBO, and currently i have some Asian HeatSink which is doing ok, but its not like the stock Intel cooler, with the clips, its just pure screw in, so i've no luck in actually putting this HS to work and as it's supposed to be 'so easy' i'm feeling like a bit of plank, so the question is, anyone installed the Intel Type Stock HS? Has anyone installed this whilst previusly having a screw in based HS?

I think it would help to have a few more details if the forum is to give some sound advice:
*Mobo model if at all possible
*Processor - Model, speed, socket
*Images if you can supply them.

Oke doke, well, i've got a direct link to the mobo site:

HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, RC410-M (Asterope) 

Current CPU is a Pentium D 950 @ 3.4Ghz on a SKT 775 :)

Basically with the holes, there just holes like you would put a screw in, the HeatSink has 4 screws, which match the holes on the board, and just screw in, but i couldn't get the AC Pro clips (Same as P4 Stock) to get in the holes, and my guess was because this pc was never designed to be upgraded so they screwed it in instead.
