wat do guys think would b betta, Antec neo he 500watt or hiper typr-r 580watt
antec in ebuyer for 47 quid ebuyer.com - Components - Power Supplies - Antec
and

hiper for 60 quid. ebuyer.com - Components - Power Supplies - Hiper - Product details

the neo has 51amps on the 12v rail and the hiper has 38 (combined)Hiper - Products - Power Supply - Type-R Modular Black Label. (but in one reviews under stress tecting, the hiper blew up or overloaded and the neo survived.)

the neo does have 17 amps on the 5v rail though and 23 on the 3.3. Antec -- NeoHE

wat du u guys think, i will be purchasing soon so am looking forward to hearing from u lot.

I would go for the Antec just because i've used them before and they've always been reliable for me, plus its cheaper. Saying that the Hiper gets good reviews and looks sexeh as well :)

You do want reliability with your PSU though.

I have a Hiper Type-R 580W psu, it ooks cool, its very silent, and it proven to be very reliable so far, having 2 12v rails is better than one but i dont know if 51amps on a single 12v rail would be better than having 2x 12v rails.

it has actually got 3 12v rails of 17amps on each.

3 :s, tripple 12v rails, thats really good, but i never knew psu's for home pc's had tripple 12V rails :s

The PC Power and Cooling high-end modesl have 4 rails I think...they're like the king of the PSU world though, and you pay for it too!

do you think that psu what he hs has 3 12v rails, just seems wierd, an uneven number
