benq fp72e help

on my benq fp72e everything was fine with the menu, brightness buttons until someday before it wouldnt open again i try pushing the menu button but no response. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

I'd turn the monitor off, let it sit for a while unplugged, then plug it back in and power it up. If it doesn't work, get ahold of BenQ.
