Blue Screen

Hi
This morning my Computer got blue screen and restart it self but after restart the computer stay at black screen. then i manually it give me a black screen saysing start repair (recommended) or start windows normally but time is too short to select any of the option it restart again and goes black screen, and again i restarted try to safe more, but time is too shot to to select safe mode option it restart automatically goes black screen. Next i have try to BIOS, i was able to load bios Screen but before i can make any changes, it auto restart again and goes black screen, and I try to install fresh windows, loaded boot menu selected boot option, before loading required files it auto started and goes black screen, guys any idea whats heppening to my PC and what can i do to repair my pc

Hi Thank you for Quick response
I found the problem, it is the monitor causing the problem when i remove monitor from Pc its running smoothly. and also i found that VGA port in Monitor has live current is it possible thats the reason my Pc getting restart?

and now there is another popup msg "interactive services Detection" what is causing this msg and how can i fixed that issue " i Have uploaded screen shot of it

You could try turning it off in Services ...
