Broadband speeds - Lesson learned

    you need upload to do anything on the internet even to start a connection becuase at first you have to send a packet to a webserver that routes it to the ip that the sever is hosted on then the ip sends a reply then you reply back saying that you got the message then your connected after that everytime you ask for a new page you request it(ask server for it) is the sever has it it reply then you reply then it starts to send the page if for any reason you lose connection u can restart it if your connection comes backonline with in the aloted time i think its a defult is 60 secs but if you use firefox try as your getting a page unplug/turnoff your router and then wait about 60 secs and your get a timeout error im not sure if it works on ie
